CCNA
Cisco Certified Network
Associate (CCNA), es el primer paso en la trayectoria de certificación
de la carrera de Cisco. Se pone especial énfasis en uso de técnicas para toma
de decisiones y solución de problemas, y en la aplicación de conceptos de
ciencia, matemáticas, comunicación y estudios sociales para resolver problemas
de redes. Los estudiantes aprenden cómo instalar y configurar switches y routers Cisco en redes
muliprotocolo, utilizando redes locales y de área
amplia (LANs y WANs), a dar
el servicio de solución de problemas de Nivel I, y a mejorar el desempeño y
seguridad de las redes. Además se les instruye y capacita en el cuidado,
mantenimiento y uso adecuado de herramientas de software de redes y equipo, y
de todos los códigos y reglamentos de seguridad, construcción y del medio
ambiente, tanto locales como estatales y federales.

TERCER SEMESTRE Switching y Routing Intermedio Al completar el curso

y routing intermedio, incluyendo lo siguiente: • Elementos básicos de OSPF • Elementos básicos de EIGRP • Configuración de switches • Protocolo Spanning Tree • VLANs
